What is the ADAMH Board?
The Crawford-Marion Board of Alcohol, Drug Addiction & Mental Health Services is a community-based system that has successfully created a network of mental health and substance abuse services--from prevention and counseling to crisis intervention and inpatient care.
ADAMH monitors, evaluates and plans for all publicly funded mental health and substance abuse treatment needs for residents of Crawford and Marion counties. Partner agencies include Marion Area Counseling Center, Community Counseling Services and the Turning Point shelter for victims of domestic violence.
ADAMH supports Community Counseling further by offsetting treatment costs that are not covered by health insurance policies, as well as treatment for persons who are in crisis.
